Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's revenue generation and related consumer collection and reconciliation activities to ensure timely payment from payment partners.
  • Collaborate with various business partners to support payment offerings, resolve issues and support smooth order execution.
  • Provide timely updates of status and escalation of unresolved issues to business partners for timely follow up and intervention.
  • Be part of the growing payments industry and contribute to projects/initiatives that support business expansion.
  • Collaborate with regional and global counterparts to drive operation excellence and global consistency in our systems and processes.
  • Meet defined department targets and metrics.
  • Comply with SOX controls, company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of related commercial experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, knowledge with visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau and SQL.
  • Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong business partnership, working collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment to problem solve and work on process improvements.
  • Willingness to tackle the ambiguity.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to drive development of data infrastructure.
