• Perform daily AP transactions including checking invoices, data entry and posting.
• Prepare Suppliers payment.
• Investigate & solving invoices dispute.
• Assist in Warehouse stock take reconciliation and create new items card in inventory.
• Assist in Human Resource matters.
• Maintaining good quality of documents filing.
• Ad-hoc duties as & when assigned by management.

Requirements

• CAT/LCCI Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 2 years working experience.
• Well verse in Microsoft office (Word & Excel).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Team player with ability to perform in fast paced environment.

• Preferably with Navision accounting software (Training will be provided).
