The firm is a leading IT services company, and they are recruiting for an Account Manager, Telco, to support their business growth. The candidate for this role is accountable for sales and revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, increasing share of wallet, and improving overall account penetration. The ideal candidate should have solid experience selling into telco companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an Account Plan to map key customer stakeholders and proactively drive service sales
  • Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers across the client organization (CIO, CTO, CISO, Digital, and Business leaders)
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from proposal development and negotiation to commercial closure
  • Monitor market and customer dynamics to align account strategy accordingly
Key Requirements
  • Strong background in relationship and account management, especially within the Telco Clients
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization (Delivery, Presales, Solution, Legal, and Finance teams) to finalize client proposals and offerings
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across IT and business functions (CIO, CTO, business teams)
  • Engage and sell to multiple stakeholders across lines of business and operations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive deep client engagement
