Job summary
A leading audiovisual solutions provider based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to prepare customized sales proposals, manage client relationships, and resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Electronic Engineering or related fields, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin. This role offers training and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Audio Visual or any relevant education.
- Training is provided for the role.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to engage with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales pitches and customize proposals for clients.
- Submit weekly sales reports to the Services Sales Manager.
- Resolve escalated issues from existing maintenance contract customers.
- Manage relationships with existing key accounts.
- Coordinate with Project Lead and Finance for billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
- Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
- Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
- Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
- Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments
