Account Manager (Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and engagement to negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Drive new business development by targeting and establishing relationships with OEM, EMS, ODM to achieve defined sales objectives.
- Proactively engage potential clients through multiple communication channels, including calls, emails, and follow-up meetings.
- Manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs), prepare timely and competitive proposals, and work strategically to secure customer orders and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Highly motivated, positive, and adaptable, with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with experience working directly with EMS customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships.
