The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with one of the world’s leading technology companies to hire an Account Manager (Japan Market).
  • You will join the Singapore-based regional sales team, supporting advertising clients in Japan through Facebook ad solutions.
  • This is a parental leave cover role, offered as a 7-month contractual assignment.
The Talent
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, media agency, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in client management, campaign optimization, and marketing strategy execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English to liaise with Japan-based clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer success is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to Facebook ad solutions or other major digital ad platforms will be an advantage.
Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with Japanese advertisers to help them grow their business effective use of Facebook ad solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving campaign success, optimizing performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.

  • Drive revenue growth by consulting with clients on campaign strategies and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with clients to align marketing KPIs with advertising solutions and best practices.
  • Manage client inquiries and troubleshoot campaign performance issues promptly.
  • Develop and translate sales materials, presentations, and case studies to support client education.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, client events, and workshops across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and continuous performance improvement.
