Job summary

A leading MultiTech company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen partnerships and support stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years of experience in account management, and excellent communication skills. This role involves building relationships, leading business reviews, and advising partners effectively. Fluent Bahasa-Indonesia is mandatory for liaising with stakeholders from the Indonesian market. Our client is a leading MultiTech tech company specializing in travel, short and long term homestay experiences.

This is a 12 month contract role (open to extension).

Job Responsibilities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with your partners - delivering helpful, timely support and occasionally meeting them in person within your territory.
  • Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and guide partners toward success.
  • Understand company’s product and partner's pain points deeply using that knowledge to advise partner and share meaningful feedback with internal teams.
  • Partner with your team to run engaging one-to-many programs like webinars and campaigns that help partners at scale.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or a similar partner-facing role.
  • Excellent communicator - confident presenting ideas and building rapport in person, by phone, and over email.
  • A natural relationship builder with energy, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Strong commercial skills to be able to drive overall revenue growth for hosts
  • Comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Organized and able to balance short-term actions with long-term growth.
  • Must have good communication skills and fluent in Bahasa-Indonesia Language to liaise with stakeholders from Indonesia Market.
