The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in a System Integrator or Telecom company. Job description

The company management spent 32 years in another major foreign telco player before they decided to venture and spin off this ICT system integrator. It is considered an SMB, Singaporean owned business. They have a strong presence in the FSI segment, also to the public sector and You will be responsible for selling ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions to both commercial and public sector clients.

Team size: 10- 15

Work Location: Central

Established since 2017

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across open commercial verticals especially SMB.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Promote ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Work closely with technical teams to provide the best solutions and proposals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Comfortable with large tenders ranging from $3M to $5M for public and 80k to 2mil for private sector clients
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize earnings through an attractive commission scheme
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales from a System Integrator or Telecom company
  • Strong understanding of ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions
  • Proven track record in account management and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Have good contacts into either/or commercial and public sector clients
Others:
  • Rare Hybrid Work mode, 4 days remote, 1 day office, fortnight sales meeting
  • Package: up to 5400 fixed with 13th month bonus and attractive commissions uncapped ( applicable to new account and renewal)
  • Variable bonus, including commissions, is paid out annually, offering a comprehensive package equivalent to 18–19 months' compensation.
  • All standard benefits applies, Have fixed transport and mobile allowances, if exceed can get reimbursements.
  • Annual leaves 15 days + 1 every year.
