Your Impact

You will play a significant role in developing Globibo's presence in Hong Kong by driving new business and building a clientele pool. Your focus will be on expanding our sales outreach for services such as translation, interpretation, and training to new organizations, industries, and segments.

The role centers on two main areas:

(A) Opportunity Management & Conversion (50%)

  • Meeting potential clients with proposals and industry updates
  • Informing clients about new product developments
  • Preparing quotations and negotiating effectively
  • Supporting customers with technical and commercial information
  • Resource planning and communication for specific projects
  • Onsite visits and review of technical requirements
  • Onsite supervision of event execution

Your Potential Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate B2B sales, sales support, and full sales cycle knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent English (spoken) required for regional client interactions
  • Ability to identify and address individual customer needs
  • Highly motivated, independent, detail-oriented, with analytical skills
  • Experience in preparing complex quotations and contracts
  • Results-oriented with a focus on KPIs and business results
  • Passionate about language learning or event technology services
