Job summary

A leading cloud solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, proficiency in cloud technologies, and a proven track record in generating sales reports. Responsibilities include conducting market research and qualifying leads into opportunities. This position is open to Singaporean candidates only.

Account Manager (Enterprise)

Job Description & Requirements

  • Proactively drive new opportunities from new clients in different segments.
  • Generate and close new business also maintain warm relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisition.
  • Proper qualification of leads and able to provide accurate reports on opportunities.
  • Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Able to sell and upsell Cloud Kinetics’s Cloud and Modernization Solutions and value proposition to both new and existing customers. Acquired understanding of market segmentation, develop, and execute Go-To-Market strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Qualify leads into opportunities via BANT methodology and generate up sell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Always maintain good customer and partner relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by managing individual sales activity.
  • Accurately track and generate timely sales reports for presentation to management.
  • Domain Knowledge Required: Cloud( AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Platforms, ITSM (Servicenow / JIRA / BMC / OpenText), App Dev, DevOps, AI/GenAI
