Job Responsibilities
- Deliver on strategic roadmapping and global business plan implementation across client & agency relationships at all levels. Focus includes revenue acceleration, driving product solution adoption and best practices, and managing co-investment bonus for the partnership.
- Lead media best practices, strategy, & measurement learnings and optimization.
- In partnership with Marketing Science, lead the global Learning Agenda and ensure alignment and scale throughout company and Client org.
- Have a deep understanding of company Products and Solutions and analyze data and insights to guide strategy and adoption.
- Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making.
- Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and provide the highest service levels to the clients and agencies.
- Enable knowledge exchange about the account with clients and with cross functional, global, regional and local teams.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative Shop and other orgs within the company.
- Lead, build and manage relationships with clients and media agency partners and their teams.
- Develop best-in‑class capability building programs that empower regions and local markets to drive optimal solution adoption at scale.
- Support with de‑bugging of platform issues, questions and solution mapping. Ability to travel locally and internationally.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 7+ years of experience in a Solutions‑related, account management, performance marketing role and driving impact on client engagement and revenue from technology, Consumer Packaged goods (CPG) or media agencies working with large clients (CPG).
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad‑tech, partnerships).
- Experience in actioning client‑facing initiatives, with a track record of taking projects from opportunity to execution and results.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or relational databases.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in working with large and varying data sets. Expert in crafting stories and action‑oriented led presentations.
- Knowledge of Meta’s ad products.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management.
- Experience influencing leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
