Job Overview
  • We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support businesses across Indonesia and emerging markets.
  • This role sits within a high-performing regional marketing and advertising team focused on helping clients achieve growth through data-driven marketing solutions and strategic account management.
  • You will manage a portfolio of approximately 40 clients — mainly small to medium-sized businesses across e-commerce and retail sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, comfortable driving conversations with clients at various levels and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to effectively engage with regional partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients across Indonesia and other emerging markets.
  • Drive revenue and product adoption through strategic account planning and consultative selling.
  • Analyse client performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results.
  • Align client objectives with digital marketing solutions to maximise business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering) to deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely feedback to product and operations teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, digital media, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing or advertising campaigns (preferably using social media or digital ad platforms).
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required to liaise with clients in Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level clients.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
