As part of our growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support the expansion of our commercial/wholesale business. In this role, you will be key in fostering relationships with our HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes) and corporate clients, contributing to our growth and success.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of HORECA and corporate clients. This role will focus on acquiring new business accounts, retaining and developing existing client relationships, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee the retention, development, and growth of HORECA and corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and business expansion.
Customer Support: Provide expert advice and timely solutions to business accounts regarding wholesale products, working closely with relevant departments.
Training: Conduct basic coffee training sessions for wholesale clients, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the product and its use.
Client Onboarding & Check-ins: Onboard new clients and manage the 90-day check-in process and annual reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement.
Business Development: Actively follow up on new leads, and generate new business opportunities within the coffee sector.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services from the PPP Coffee Group to new and existing clients.
Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and present customised sales proposals and facilitate coffee tastings for clients.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales and performance targets, working both independently and collaboratively with the sales and marketing team.
Networking & Events: Represent PPP Coffee at trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related activities as required.
