Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Singapore team. This role is critical to our growth strategy, combining relationship management, business development, and brand representation. The ideal candidate will nurture existing client relationships, convert leads into long-term partnerships, and actively generate new business opportunities through networking and event participation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and check-ins
  • Understand client business needs and objectives to provide tailored EOR and HR solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
  • Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Follow up on inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Negotiate contract terms and close new business

Business Development & Support

  • Represent Link Compliance at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Network strategically to generate new leads and business opportunities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Collaborate with marketing team on event strategy and follow-up campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 1~3 years of experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales
  • Minimum of diploma in Business, Marketing, HR or equivalent
  • Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling approach
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges
  • Professional and polished demeanor
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international clients
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in Singapore and/or Asia-Pacific region is a bonus
  • Experience in HR services, EOR, PEO, staffing, or professional services industry will be a bonus
