We're seeking ideal candidate will be able to prospect, develop and maintain portfolio of key hotel accounts by setting industry operation policies and managing business ecosystems that add value to the organization.
Key Responsibility
- Sales Planning
- Identify and engage key accounts for Hotel Vertical and Export Markets.
- Contact, Meet, Consult and Propose for company's full range of products and solutions to hotel vertical and emerging Export Markets.
- Quote, negotiate and close sales.
- Build hotel and export markets pipeline and update to management.
Business Ecosystem building
- Analyze trends and database to define key accounts strategy.
- Engage and identify channel partners for each key account.
- Build successful channel business partnership for hotel vertical.
Project management
- Prepare and present sales proposal for RFI/RFQ.
- Work with presales to provide demonstration and POC support.
- Manage project delivery and signoff.
- Collaborate with HQ, RHQ and other Subsidiary for global account category.
Education & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales & Business Management.
- 5~8 years of experience in enterprise account management.
- Good hospitality market related experience is preferred.
- Previous account management experience.
- Key account management and project management consulting and presentation skills.
Others Requirements
- A fast learner and team player, who is able to work independently and efficiently within deadlines.
- Positive, strong will with hunter mindset.
- Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness and ability to travel.
