Job summary

A leading security services provider in Singapore is seeking sales personnel to acquire new clients and grow current customer sales volume. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre and post-sales activities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and generating leads. Requirements include at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree and strong communication skills. This role offers a basic salary up to $4200, along with bonuses and transport reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new sales and grow sales volume with existing customers.
  • Perform full pre and post-sales activities.
  • Identify key decision-makers within targeted accounts.
  • Preparation of quotations and tender and liaising with multiple business units.
  • Gather market intelligence.
  • Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets.
  • Generate leads and develop lead opportunities for client services and solutions.
  • Engagement with decision-makers with discussion on their business pains.
  • Conduct peer-to-peer conversations with senior executives.
  • Participate in conference calls with clients to articulate various trends in the market.
  • Maintain accurate sales records.

  • Participate in conference calls with clients to articulate various trends in the market and further outline lead opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records (prospects pipeline and accomplished sales).
  • Basic up to $4200 (commensurate with experience) Basic + Commission structure, Annual KPI Bonus, Transport Reimbursable.
