We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager – Oncology to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our Company's oncology portfolio. This role serves as a key liaison between oncology healthcare professionals and internal teams, driving sales growth through meaningful engagement with medical oncologists and the broader multidisciplinary care team (MDT).

You will be responsible for building strong clinical and business relationships, executing territory plans, and achieving sales and market share objectives—all while upholding our commitment to compliance, ethics, and patient-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key oncology stakeholders.
  • Understand customer motivations and tailor product education to their needs.
  • Share product merits and provide clinical insights to support treatment decisions.
  • Deliver value to customers and their patients through impactful engagements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Map and engage key decision-makers and influencers within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Co-create solutions with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to shape customer-centric strategies.

Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure commercial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities across oncology centers, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Track competitor activities and provide feedback to inform strategy.

Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to inform territory planning.

Product & Disease Knowledge

  • Continuously deepen expertise in oncology, precision medicine, genetics, and biomarkers.
  • Stay current with NCCN guidelines and emerging research.

Compliance & Ethics

  • Uphold Company’s values and ensure all activities are conducted ethically and compliantly.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a multinational healthcare environment; oncology experience is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of oncology treatment pathways and hospital systems in Singapore.
  • Proven track record in sales and commercialization.
  • Excellent communication skills and digital fluency.
  • High learning agility, resourcefulness, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving oncology landscape.
  • Open to hospital pharmacists interested in joining a pharmaceutical company.
