Responsibilities

• Supervision of accounting staffs
• Handle full spectrum of accounting matters including management reporting, taxation and monthly accounts closing
• Preparation of group consolidation report
• Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and professional advisors on related matters
• GST review and submission
• Preparation of tax schedules and liaise with tax agent
• Administer, implement and manage accounting process flow from time to time for optimised efficiency
• Manages and resolves any complex accounting issues
• Perform timely and accurate review for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for submission to management within stipulated timeline
• Billing and account payable/receivable
• CPF submission and CPF board audit work
• Bank reconciliation
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting discipline
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in accounting role
• Able to manage full set of accounts
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Accounting experience in the construction sector will be an advantage.
• Communication in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)
