Responsibilities

• Work planning, monitor the progress of clients’ accounts and tax computation.
• Providing necessary accounting training for staff.
• Review jobs completed by staff to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assess current process flow for improvements and assist implementation.
• Inspect account books and systems to keep them updated.
• Review management accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements for clients.
• Plan and complete audits for small and medium companies.
• Draft consolidated financial statements in compliance with standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Work planning, monitor the progress of the clients’ accounts, financial statement and tax computation, weekly report to the management,
• Providing accounting and necessary training for our staff,
• Review the jobs completed by staffs, and make a best effort to ensure work done to comply with ACRA, IRAS, MAS and other government authorities' requirements,
• Reviews our current process flow for improvement and assist in the implementation of your recommendations.
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
• Review management accounts,
• Prepare and review financial statement for client
• Plan, execute and complete the audit of small and medium companies including drafting of the financial statements
• Do consolidation of group of companies and draft up the consolidated financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
