Looking for an Account Manager to join Pixel Global AV (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd, a leading provider of audiovisual solutions in the APAC Region. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Proactively manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities

Understand client requirements and develop customized audiovisual solutions to meet their needs

Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, technical, and project delivery teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Account Management or Business Development role, preferably within the audiovisual or technology industry

Strong understanding of the audiovisual industry and the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions

Experience in sales, contract negotiations, and project management
