As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Account Manager who can manage the full recruitment cycle— sourcing, screening, onboarding, and matching nannies to clients’ specific needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and hiring nannies to working closely with families to match them with the right caregiver. This role requires a mix of recruitment expertise, client management, and problem-solving skills to ensure both nannies and families have a seamless experience.
