Job summary

Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Account & HR Assistant:

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in accordance with data protection requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave records accurately.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration process for new hires.
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with local employment laws and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in employee relations matters and HR communications.
  • Process invoices, payments, and staff claims in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
  • Prepare monthly financial and expense reports as required.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash balances.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
  • Handle inter-company billing and related documentation for regional entities.
  • Provide administrative support to both HR and Finance departments.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance.
  • Handle general enquiries from employees and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and assist in ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR and/or accounting functions.
  • Good understanding of employment regulations and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
Additional Information
  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,100 + VB
  • Working Location: Jurong East
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
