Responsibilities

• Post POS retail sales transactions to the system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet collections and reconciliation.
• Liaise with local and overseas cash collection agents.
• Prepare billing and rebilling for non-retail income, rebates, and compensation.
• Create billing slips and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Process payment links, refunds, and liaise with banks or payment platforms.
• Maintain AR aging reports and update billing, reconciliation, and collection status.
• Prepare analysis reports on billing and collection status for management.
• Submit monthly sales statements to landlords and verify vouchers.
• Support sales audit preparation, IFRS 116 leasing entries, depreciation, and prepayment tasks.
• Conduct monthly spot checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
