Job summary

The role involves maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring tax compliance. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel skills are required. This position offers a salary range of $3200 to $4200, with a standard work week of five days, from 9 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in project-based environments.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and month/year-end processes.
• Strong skills in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including reconciliations.
• Oversee invoice processing and timely disbursements.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
