Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is looking for an accountant to handle full sets of accounts and prepare quarterly GST returns. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience, be proficient in ABSS accounting software, and possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel. This role requires good organization and time management skills, and the ability to work independently, with flexible working hours between working from the office 1-2 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts.
  • Prepare and submit GST return quarterly.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and accounts schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate journal entries and monthly reconciliation.
  • Liaise with external auditors to coordinate the company’s financial year end audit.
  • Maintain good documentation and filing system.
  • Liaise with bankers when necessary.
  • CPF Submission.
  • Other Adhoc Work related to Account.
