Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts independently, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Handle GST reporting and filing, payroll computation, and year-end remuneration returns (e.g., Form IR8A).
• Manage online banking transactions, monthly payments, and related documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners when required.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Maintain accounting records accurately and ensure compliance with internal controls and timelines.
• Participate in general administrative and financial support related to gallery operations.
• Provide mentorship or guidance to junior colleagues (if applicable).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in full set accounting preferred. (Open to motivated individuals with strong fundamentals.)
