Responsibilities
We’re looking for a driven, consultative Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth efforts in the Philippines and Malaysia. You’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships with enterprise clients across key verticals.
The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of SaaS selling experience within CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Analytics, or Content Marketing Solutions. You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, you have a knack for simply selling complex tech solutions, and you excel in fast-paced environments.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close — managing multiple complex deals with enterprise clients (deal sizes ranging from $100K to $1M+).
- Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers across Marketing, Product and IT to define and deliver transformative customer engagement solutions.
- Drive value-based selling using MEDDPICC, clearly articulating Braze’s business impact and ROI.
- Prospect strategically using market research, networking, and partnerships to identify and create new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Grow existing accounts through expansion and upsell opportunities that align with customer goals.
- Champion innovation, leveraging AI tools and modern productivity platforms to maximize efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced: 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Analytics, or related MarTech solutions.
- Proven Performer: Consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise deal cycles within the Philippines and/or Malaysia.
- Strategic Seller: Deep understanding of value-based selling and hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- Executive Communicator: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — confident in leading conversations with C-level executives.
- Collaborative: Skilled in navigating internal teams and partner ecosystems to build strong relationships across various departments and deliver strong business outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Salesforce CRM and modern sales productivity tools, including AI-driven applications.
- Entrepreneurial: Resourceful, adaptable, and motivated to build and grow the Braze presence in an emerging market.
