Our client is a premier Data and AI platform provider actively spearheading the next era of corporate digital transformation globally. They recently launched a revolutionary unified data intelligence platform that acts as the essential universal semantic layer, ensuring all global organizations deliver consistent, governed, and trusted insights across any analytics tool or application.

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise sales efforts across the ASEAN region, with a specialized focus on the Singapore and Malaysia markets. This is an individual contributor, quota-carrying new business hunter role dedicated to prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new logo business within major accounts.

You will be responsible for driving complex, value-led sales cycles, positioning our cutting‑edge AI and analytics platform directly to C-level business and IT stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive Complex Sales: Lead end-to-end enterprise-wide sales cycles, presenting the platform's value proposition through strategic engagements to both business and IT executives.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct deep customer environment research to create effective business impact models, account plans, and win strategies; develop robust business cases, ROI, and TCO models.
  • Pipeline & Process Mastery: Aggressively prospect, develop, and close new business. Manage all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring strict adherence to the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Forecasting Excellence: Partner with Inside Sales to develop territory plans, maintain a healthy, balanced pipeline mix, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting using the CRM.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services. Leverage and enhance partner relationships to drive additional value and revenue.
  • Market Engagement: Acquire and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the company's Business Intelligence and AI solutions, and coordinate market engagement activities (events, user groups).
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven Track Record: Extensive quota-carrying sales experience selling complex software products and services into large enterprises, evidenced by a history of consistent over-quota performance and referenceable client wins.
  • Domain Expertise: Significant experience selling enterprise software solutions in areas such as Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, CRM, ERP, or Cloud platforms.
  • Sales Acumen: Extensive experience in prospecting, driving, and closing complex sales cycles, underpinned by practical knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles.
  • Methodology: Familiarity and practical experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler).
  • Leadership & Communication: A highly effective, creative self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. You must be a strong, customer-centric storyteller capable of quickly building rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open, collaborative, and success-driven environment.
