Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Supervise, coach, and train them to enhance performance and development
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including house visits to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Manage duty rosters to ensure optimal store staffing
  • Maintain store standards, including upkeep of displays and overall presentation
  • Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful execution of promotions
  • Assist with the planning, setup and coordination of store events and promotions
  • Monitor and arrange deliveries for online sales
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer goods
  • Retail background, preferably in branded goods, is advantageous
  • Experience working with retail counters in department stores, big-box retailers, or managing showrooms
  • Proven track record in managing sales consultants/promoters
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in English for business communication
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive
  • Experience in the mattress or furniture industry will be a plus
  • Strong people management skills
