• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable function
• Responsible for full set of accounts for other smaller legal entities
• Supports month end closing process which includes prepayment, accruals, updating and reconciling of balance sheet closing schedules
• Responsible for Group intercompany confirmation & reconciliations
• Preparation of tax related filings such as GST and withholding tax
• Supports statutory audit & tax filing requirements for assigned entities
• Supports improvements in accounting systems and internal controls
• Assist with daily accounting operations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year of accounting experiences
• Experience in full spectrum in accounts payable function
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• Able to take on extra duties to support ongoing accounting projects and ad-hoc assignments.
