Job summary

A reputable financial services firm located in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Executive to handle bookkeeping and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Finance or Accountancy, with at least 5 years of experience in finance-related roles. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping for multi-entities in XERO
  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate preparation of monthly management and financial reports.
  • Responsible full set of accounts including variance analysis for month end closing
  • Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorised in accordance to company policies
  • Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims
  • Work closely with other functions (Project / Operation Team) to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards
  • Monthly inventories revaluation
  • Review and enhance work processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely submission of quarterly GST filings to IRAS and other statutory reports to the Department of Statistics.
  • Implement and monitor workplan objectives for the Finance Division.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and support when assigned by Supervisor
  • Other Ad-Hoc analysis/reporting
Requirements

Candidate must possess at minimum LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in related field.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in related fields is required for this position
