JOB SPECIFICATION

• Handle Full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR and fixed Assets) and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
• Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit issues identified by external auditors, prepare depreciation and other fixed asset-related entry adjustments.
• Prepare financial report including monthly and annual accounts.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and any other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Ensure the filling of GST returns are correctly filed and on timely basis.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT

• PC literate with MS Office Skills
• Knowledge in Sage Accounting System preferred
• Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
