A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an individual for administrative roles focused on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Responsibilities include issuing statements, making collection calls, and managing customer accounts. A diploma in accounting and at least 1 year of related experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge in SAP are advantageous.
Handle administrative tasks related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform daily AR functions, including issuing Statements of Account (SOA) and making collection follow‑up calls.
Carry out daily AP functions such as posting supplier invoices and preparing payments to vendors.
Monitor and manage customer accounts for non‑payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities; prepare regular collection status reports.
Support general office administrative duties including filing, data entry, document handling, and other clerical tasks.
Possess at least Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Works & Powerpoint.
Knowledge in SAP software.
Monday - Friday (8.30am to 6pm); one Saturday each month (8.30am to 3.30pm)
