A Singaporean hardware trading company is seeking a Bookkeeper responsible for accurate financial transaction recording and account management. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Finance/Accounting and have at least 2 years of experience. The role offers a full-time schedule with additional benefits including performance bonuses and medical coverage, located conveniently near Jalan Besar MRT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for key aspects of Bookkeeping Functions such as
- Recording of Transactions - entry of all financial activities
- Account Management
- Reconciliation - ensure accuracy of incoming payments/outgoing payment
Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately
Maintain key records of Accounts for tax preparation and decision-making process
Perform basic housekeeping duties of own work-space
Any accounting related duties that may be assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience required
Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
Display excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
Attention to details while performing all tasks
Display strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Experience using ERP software preferred
Singaporeans/PRs only.
