Job summary

A local engineering firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced accountant to manage a full set of accounts, including preparing payments and cash flow forecasts. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and be familiar with MYOB or similar accounting software. This role requires independent work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts.
• Prepare and process payments through electronic transfers.
• Monitor and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare and submit GST on a quarterly basis.
• Liaise with external auditors and banking matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling full set of account - A/R,A/P, Cash Book, Journal (MYOB).
2. Prepare and process payments through electronic transfers, or other means.
3. Monitoring and preparing of cash flow forecast.
4. Prepare and submits GST on a quarterly basis.
5. Liaise with external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretaries, and banking matters.
6. Any other Accounting matters.

Requiremts

1. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
2. Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment.
3. Applicants must be familiar with MYOB or similar accounting software.
4. Working hour : 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
