A machinery trading company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced Machine Tools Account Executive to manage financial operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate has a diploma in accounting and at least 2-3 years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to new situations are essential. This role offers full-time work during weekdays.

Job description
Machine Tools Account Executive.

Business activity: Trading in Machinery and Services of Machinery.

Location: Pasir Panjang (Moving in 2026). Currently in Bukit Batok.

Start date: Immediately.

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, weekdays: Mon - Fri.

Employment eligibility: Singaporean & PR.

Key responsibilities:

  • Basic accounting & admin knowledge, Bank Letter of Credit*.
  • Manage daily financial operations and administrative support services.
  • Issue invoices & DO, prepare & track payment.
  • Data entry in the Accounting system - Quickbook System.
  • Key in accounting information such as invoices, billing, bank transactions, and etc.
  • Prepare GST quarterly and filing.
  • Basic HR duties.

Preferred skills & qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in accounting or any related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in accounting.
  • Ability to talk and handle customers.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basics in Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
