About the role

Join the dynamic team at Red Horn Engineering Pte Ltd as an Account Executive. This full-time position is based in the North Region and will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and providing strategic accounting support. As an experienced bookkeeping and small practice accounting professional, you will contribute to the overall success of the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Reconcile bank accounts and other key accounts on a regular basis
• Provide support for the month-end and year-end close process
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (such as auditors) as required
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices

• Experience in a bookkeeping or small practice accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficient in the use of MYOB accounting Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
