Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Jurong West, Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage a full set of accounts. Responsibilities include debt collection, payroll preparation, and ensuring timely financial reporting. Candidates should have strong accounting skills and the ability to work independently. This role offers a salary range of SGD 2900 to SGD 3100.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and handle a full set of accounts.
• Experience in preparing monthly payroll and submissions.
• Knowledge of accounting processes such as AP, AR, and General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Debtors Ageing List and monitor debt collections.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and tax agents.

Job description

Salary : SGD 2900 - SGD3100
Location : Jurong West Singapore

Job Description :

Able to work independently & handle full set of accounts (For Malaysia company) (Based in Singapore)

Prepare Debtors Ageing List & monitoring of debts collections.

Preparation of monthly payroll & submission of KWSP, PERKESO, MTD etc.

Preparation of Form EA and submission of Form E & CP8D

Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing & financial reporting to Management

Responsible for accounting processes & tasks ( Example : AP, AR process, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation etc)

Liaise closely with auditors, bankers & tax agent

Handle Statutory Audits including preparation of audit schedules
