As an Account Director at Talon.One, you will be a mission‑critical driver of new business across Southeast Asia. Selling the world’s most flexible API‑first promotions platform, you will navigate a composable ecosystem alongside partners like Shopify, Braze, and Salesforce. We are looking for strategic, high‑ownership sellers who thrive as the "quarterback" of a deal, managing everything from cold outreach to C‑suite negotiations.
This is a remote‑first role based in Singapore, requiring up to 50% travel across the region.
You will be our second Account Director in Singapore and part of the APAC team of 20+. This is a dynamic and collaborative Sales organization where we focus on building strong partnerships with prospects and customers. Our mission is to drive revenue by delivering measurable value to enterprise clients through highly personalized, technically robust solutions. As part of the APAC Sales team, you’ll report to the VP APAC and collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to build meaningful client relationships and close complex deals. We are a global team of self‑starters who thrive on accountability and mutual success.
