Job description
The Role

You lead flagship experiential projects end-to-end across APAC, owning client trust, creative ambition, and operational excellence. You’re as comfortable in a boardroom pitch as in an internal proposal coordination meeting, and you can rally our multi-disciplinary teams to ship “never-been-done” experiences—on time, on budget, and on brand. You should present a confident, driven, knowledgeable and smart image, be passionate about people and have experience in managing MICE travel related events, Luxury and Lifestyle brands for product launches and activations.

We’re looking for
  • Experienced with organizing events up to 2000+ attendance
  • At least 8 years in the Event Management Industry in Singapore and SEA
  • Calm under pressure, optimistic by default, exacting on details.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the B2B Event management industry, and in particular of MedTech, Beauty, Luxury and Automotive Industries.
  • Client-room presence: positive attitude, clear writing, strong storytelling, confident facilitation.
  • Excellent organizer with strong project management skills. Must have experience in managing multiple events at any one time with the ability to prioritize based upon the event requirements.
  • Ability to understand client objectives and interpret them to develop an integrated event strategy
  • Experience managing a wider team on site at an event, with the ability to troubleshoot on site at events before anyone else, react accordingly and provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.
  • Tooling fluency: Google Sheets, Google Slides; AI mastery is a plus.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic & multicultural startup-like environment.
Strategic Leadership, Creatives & Internal Management
  • Present and sell creative work to clients in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Ensure all creative work and presentations align with client objectives and agency standards.
  • Use your strategic and creative expertise to challenge both clients and the agency, pushing for innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Be accountable for ensuring that the management team is regularly updated on event progress.
  • Drive team synergy and positive team spirit.
  • Task split responsibly and ensure all project team members are briefed properly on the client needs for a pitch
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify client challenges and work with Production and Creative teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Onboard new clients, guiding them through agency processes to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client objectives and providing insights to drive success.
Account Strategy & Business Growth
  • Develop and implement account strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expanding existing client investments in agency services by proactively offering value-added solutions.
  • Lead clients’ marketing, and advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Project Oversight & Delivery
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all work is on brief and on budget.
  • Take ownership of the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they meet agreed schedules and quality expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Resolve issues effectively to maintain and strengthen client trust.
Commercial & Contractual Management
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage budgets and activities, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Liaise with clients at a senior level, providing high-level strategic direction and business insights.
