All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
  • Account Leadership & Client Relationship Management: Take full ownership of key accounts, ensuring delivery of agreed service levels and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve high satisfaction.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive business development within assigned accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for integrated FM solutions and execute strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans aligned with client objectives and organisational goals, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track account performance against KPIs, profitability targets, and contractual obligations; provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and influencers at senior levels to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor account managers, ensuring effective resource allocation and capability building to support account growth.
  • Industry Networking & Market Intelligence: Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform account strategies and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business or related discipline with at least 5–8 years of experience in account management or business development within facilities management or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering profitability.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Experience in leading teams and developing talent to achieve business objectives.
  • Broad understanding of integrated FM services, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
