Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow portfolio of enterprise accounts through strong engagement with senior decision makers, positioning Acclivis’ Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services solutions.
- Leverage a strong understanding of technology trends and customer business needs to coordinate winning teams across Acclivis for solutioning and contract closure.
- Achieve sales quotas through proactive business development with new and existing clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate contract terms, conditions, and negotiations internally and externally.
- Build and strengthen executive-level and operational relationships across designated clients.
- Develop clear business value propositions and negotiate to close profitable deals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Acclivis’ full portfolio to effectively coordinate pre‑sales engagements.
- Drive profitable wins aligned with Acclivis’ growth strategy and core capabilities.
- Partner across internal teams and service lines to deliver innovative solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide clients with a one‑stop, end‑to‑end experience for all Acclivis services.
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of sales experience in IT services or technology consulting.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering revenue growth.
- Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
- Strong knowledge of IT commercial and contractual arrangements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal‑making capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and enterprise‑level accounts.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Resilient, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
