Job Scope – HR cum Account Executive
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and employee records.
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of Work Passes (e.g. Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) via MOM portal.
- Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions accurately and timely.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
Finance & Accounting Support
- Support finance team in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage staff claims, petty cash, and expense tracking.
General Administration
- Perform general office administrative duties.
- Provide support to management on ad hoc tasks and reports.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of working experience in related field.
- Possess good knowledge of accounting software, HR software, MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hour: 8:30am - 6pm
Working Day: Five days per week (four weekdays and one weekend day)
