Job description
Hiring: Account cum Admin Assistant

Location: Singapore | Work week: 5 days (Mon–Fri)
Company: Stile Boutique Pte Ltd (Premium building material supplier – marble, granite, tiles, mosaic)

Are you looking to grow your career in accounting while supporting a dynamic team?
We are a growing company in the building material industry, working with architects, designers and high-end projects. Join us and gain hands-on experience across accounting and administration, with mentorship and exposure to real projects.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry of transactions into MYOB accounting system.
  • Handle AP & AR: key in invoices, check supporting documents, process supplier payments, reconcile supplier statements.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation & GST reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly GST returns, year-end closing, tax schedules (in collaboration with external accounting firm).
  • Maintain fixed asset register, petty cash and staff claims.
  • Prepare journal entries and accounting reports.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Support Accountant in ad-hoc accounting and admin tasks.

(If you can handle a full set of accounts independently, it will be a strong advantage.)

Requirements
  • CAT / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Familiar with MYOB software is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office -Excel & Word.
  • Meticulous, organised, resourceful and able to multi-task.
  • Positive working attitude, able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
