Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and handle general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will prepare payroll, manage petty cash payments, and assist with HR functions, ensuring efficient operations. This role includes applying for work permits and other administrative tasks as assigned. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varying responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle partial set of accounts (AP & AR), Bank Reconciliation.
  • Handle petty cash payment for staff claims and company expenses.
  • Check invoice, delivery order and purchase order received from Purchase Department.
  • Handle AP function, Issuing of cheques to suppliers/vendors.
  • Perform general administrative & clerical duties and simple HR function.
  • Prepare Payroll, Cash flow management.
  • Handle phone calls, maintain filing and general admin support.
  • Apply/renew Work Permit and other passes.
  • Adhoc duties assigned by the company.
