A recruitment agency is seeking an Account Assistant in Singapore. The role involves supporting the Account Department, assisting with data entry, updating ledgers, and managing communications. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary range of $2,300 - $2,600. This position offers an opportunity to engage with clients and vendors while performing essential office tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Support to the Account Department.
  • Assist Data Entry, Processing and record daily Transaction.
  • Update Ledger.
  • Assist with Audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors.
  • Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mails etc.
  • Process Bank LC & Bank Draft for export.
