Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide support to the Account Department. The role involves data entry, processing transactions, and handling communications with clients. Basic office tasks will also be required. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and the salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 2,600.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Support to the Account Department.
  • Assist Data Entry, Processing and record daily Transaction.
  • Update Ledger.
  • Assist with Audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors.
  • Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mails.
  • Process Bank LC & Bank Draft for export.

Working days: 5 Days (Mon - Fri)

Working location: Sungei Kadut (Near Kranji MRT)
Salary: $2,300 – $2,600
