A leading finance support company in Singapore is seeking two dedicated Accounts Assistants for 3 months or 1-year contract roles, with a possibility of extension. Responsibilities include supporting accounts receivable and payable, performing data entry, and assisting with general accounting duties. Account Assistant (2 Positions Open: 3 Months contract or 1 Year Contract)

We are looking for two dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistants for contract roles (3 months or 1 year), with the possibility of extension and conversion to permanent positions, to support the finance team of our client.

In these roles, you will assist with various accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain or further expand their experience in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities

Support the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Perform data entry, filing, and documentation of financial records.

Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles. (preferably in an accounting capacity)

Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

High attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, and those with relevant qualifications are also welcome to apply. Training is provided.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking client.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Transport: Company bus provided from Clementi MRT station at 8:10 AM and return in the evening
