Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle invoice matching task; receive, review and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
  • Prepare payment Voucher and process electronic payments for approved invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors.
  • Assist Finance Executive for submitting of IF Application
  • Assist Finance Executive for IF Settlement.
  • Prepare Ageing Reports and other AP Analysis Reports.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers.
  • Familiar with accounting software is a plus point.
  • Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.
  • Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
