- Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.
- Liaising and attending to clients.
- Prepare accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation.
- Liaise with auditors in preparation of clients' financial accounts;
- Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines;
- Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
- Assist with GST preparation;
- Attending to finance function at client's office;
- Handling courier, postage and banking duties;
- Procurement of office supplies;
- Digitization of documents and correspondences;
- In charge of office maintenance;
- Maintain and update client database
